Best Yoga Classes

The classes are easy to understand and always dependent on the level of students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect, and felt I was in the presence of a true teacher. Lavika is an excellent trainer who teaches based on the level of each one and also encourages everyone to develop their capacity day by day. Classes are one hour each and at a reasonable price.
