Lavika Sindhu

Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood. I completed my bachelor's and master's degree in yoga and human psychology at Dev Sanskriti University in Haridwar, India. I decided to spread the  knowledge of yoga in a modern way, so Lavika Yoga was started. I feel happy when I see people transforming their health with Yoga.

 

Apart from providing yoga training online, I pen down the knowledge of yoga on various platforms and blogs.
